SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Time by Region

Canada: 4–10 business days after processing

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high volume periods.
Carriers
Orders are shipped using Canada Post for Canadian orders.
International orders may be shipped via Canada Post, USPS, Australia Post, or other local carriers depending on destination.
Tracking and Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@paw-guardian.com within 30 days of your order date so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
