When you subscribe to Paw Guardian products, you agree to the following subscription terms:
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your subscription automatically renews on the date specified at checkout based on your product quantity:
• 1 product: Renews every 40 days
• 2 products: Renews every 72 days
• 3 products: Renews every 100 days
Three (3) days before each renewal, you will receive an email notification informing you of the upcoming charge and shipment.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING
Subscribers receive a discounted price compared to one-time purchases. This discount applies only to recurring orders. Prices may change, and any price changes will be communicated to you via email before the next billing cycle.
PAYMENT AT RENEWAL
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry according to our failed payment policy outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
MODIFICATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
You may change your subscription quantity or pause your subscription by logging into your account at any time. Changes take effect on your next renewal date.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective immediately. You will not be charged for future renewal cycles.

No refund will be issued for the current billing period. If you cancel before your scheduled shipment date, your order will not be processed and you will not be charged.
